- Meeting sales targets set by process and providing service Customers
- Answering customer calls related to insurance, banking, credit cards
- Providing the fastest and best solution.
- Maintaining call time as well as quality standards as set by process

• Strong analytical skills
• Should be willing to work in night shifts
