Job Description:
1.Source and shortlist candidates from various sources like jobsites, placement consultants
2.Identify and develop new sources of recruitment
3.Maintain HR database ,records and consolidated reports/MIS
4.Involvement in recruitment process right from the inception to final joining process
5.Monitoring for the training and performance of candidates

Desired Profile:

- Candidate should be preferably MBA in HR
- 2- 4 years of work experience with minimum 2 year of experience in recruitment
- Proficiency in computer skills
- Good communication, Interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Looking for male settled candidate
