Job Description
Assist in Issue–return of library books
Assist in book arrangements
Assist in books/journals cataloging / bar-coding
Assist in document recovery/sending reminder emails etc
Doing stock upkeep on continual basis
Manage records of books inwards etc
Receive and process journal subscriptions (hard copy) magazines etc

Desired Candidate Profile:
Essential Qualifications: Commerce Graduate and B.L.I.Sc. – Fresher
IT Orientation: Confident in use of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint, Familiar with use of MS Outlook , Lotus Notes.
Fresher from a reputed College with at least 55% overall and with at least 60% in practical.
Communication Skills: Satisfactory written and oral communication. Ability to communicate with colleagues by email and answer telephonic queries with confidence and promptness.
